Alejandra graduated in architecture from Madrid Polytechnic University where she coupled traditional disciplines with an innovative approach. She progressed her international career in the UK obtaining multidisciplinary capabilities developing major commercial projects. Her interior design experience progressed in the residential and mixed-use sectors in Middle East managing design teams on large-scale projects. Her recent experience includes designs in Spain, UK, Mexico, South Africa, Kuwait and Bahrain. Along with a Masters in Islamic Architecture at Qatar Foundation, Alejandra’s experience in Qatar includes a five-star hotel fit-out, concept proposals for resorts and commissions for the food&beverage industry.
In parallel she has developed her illustration and graphic skills, from murals and large images to visual learning material, branding and merchandising concepts. In Doha she has led cartoon workshops for events and educational institutions and she was a winner in the Qatar-Japan 20212 Manga Competition sponsored by Qatar Museums and the Embassy of Japan. Her training includes animation courses imparted by CalArts and script writing techniques by Doha Film Institute.
